The National Healthy Homes Training Center (HHTC) is pleased to announce the launch of our revised on-line Pediatric Environmental Home Assessment (PEHA) training course. Our free, on-line PEHA course is designed to prepare nurses to recognize potential environmental hazards as part of a primary prevention approach, and recommend a course of preventative action or make appropriate referrals for conditions with a probable environmental basis. Contact hours (1.5 hrs) will be provided to nurses who successfully complete the course and required evaluations.
